This dude was a freak - he was walking with this poor cat on his head and if I am not mistaken the girl took his picture - he then started harassing her for money. Thankfully he didn't see me take this shot - I would have had to remind him he was walking on a public street in NYC and that if he wanted to charge people to take his pic he should join an agency and have his agent book photo shoots for him.
